Radiology is a branch of medicine that uses imaging technology in diagnosing and treating diseases. At Josgiri Hospital, both diagnostic radiology and interventional radiology are used. Diseases are diagnosed and treated using medical imaging (radiology) procedures (exams/tests) such as X-rays, C-ARM and ultrasound.

Interventional radiology is the performance of usually minimally invasive medical procedures (laparoscopic services) with the guidance of imaging technologies such as those mentioned above.

The Radiologist communicates with the physicians and consultants of other departments through generated diagnostic reports and the teamwork proves efficient in the treatment of multiple health conditions.
